AK - Moderationshilfe Samstag zweites und viertes im Monat (Stand 21.03.23)

Zuerst wird unter den Anwesenden gecheckt, wer Bereitschaft zum Moderieren hat und unter diesen dann ausgespielt, wer dies macht, z. B. mit Hilfe von Losen oder Würfeln.

Willkommen,

ich nenne mich „xx“ und ich moderiere das Meeting heute hier und koordiniere den Ablauf. Diese Rolle wurde heute für mich ausgelost/ausgewürfelt und hat nicht zu bedeuten, ich hätte hier eine leitende Funktion. Alle sind für den Ablauf dieses Meetings mitverantwortlich. Das Meeting geht bis maximal xx:xx Uhr und wird von mir dann auch beendet. Ist jemensch zum ersten Mal bei den anonymen Konsumentis?

[Fall 1: Wenn ja empfehlen wir, ein reguläres Meeting abzuhalten und das Literaturweiterentwicklungsmeeting ausfallen zu lassen. Dann auf die andere Moderationshilfe zurückgreifen: AK - Moderationshilfe Mittwoch erstes, drittes u. ggf. fünftes im Monat sowie Samstag- deutsch - englisch- spanisch]

[Fall 2: Wenn nein:]

Das Literaturweiterentwicklungmeeting derzeit wie folgt ab

• Wir machen eine kurze Emo-Runde, in welcher wir nacheinander kurz berichten, wie es uns so geht.
• Der Mensch, der angefangen hat, darf bestimmen, wer als nächstes weitermacht.
• Anschließend lesen wir absatzweise Texte aus der Literatur „Grundlagen zur Schrittearbeit“ und beginnen da, wo wir beim letzten Literaturweiterentwicklungsmeeting aufgehört haben.
• Melden einzelne oder mehrere Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten an, wird die entsprechende Passage diskutiert, bis ein Konsens gefunden wird.
• Wird kein Konsens gefunden, bleibt die Literatur wie sie ist.
• Die Änderungen werden von Menschen mit Bereitschaft direkt eingepflegt oder die Änderungen werden mitgeschrieben und dann bis zum nächsten Meeting von Menschen mit Bereitschaft nachgetragen.
• Kurz vor Ende des Meetings wird die Diskussion beendet und vermerkt, bis wohin wir gekommen sind.

Dann:

Da wir hier Geldmittel benötigen, um diese Räumlichkeiten anzumieten, derzeit 5000 Colones pro Meeting, versuchen wir jetzt gemäß unserer 7. freien Vereinbarung diese Kosten durch unsere Spenden reinzubekommen. Wer kann und will kann jetzt etwas in die Mitte geben. Jede AK Gruppe sollte sich selbst erhalten und Zuwendungen von außen ablehnen.

Jetzt nochmals der Hinweis auf unsere 11. freie Vereinbarung:

11. Anonymität ist die spirituelle Grundlage aller unserer freien Vereinbarungen und sollte uns daran erinnern, Prinzipien über Persönliches zu stellen. Wen du hier siehst und was du hier hörst, wenn du gehst, lass es hier.

I call myself „xx“ and I am moderating the meeting here today and coordinating the process. This role has been drawn/rolled the dice for me today and does not mean I have a leadership role here. Everyone is jointly responsible for the course of this meeting. The meeting will last until xx:xx o'clock at the most and I will end it then. [Case 2: If no:]

The literature development meeting currently proceeds as follows

• We make a short Emo round, in which we report briefly one after the other, how we are so.
• The person who started gets to decide who will continue next.
• We then read paragraph by paragraph texts from the „Fundamentals of Step Work“ literature and begin where we left off at the last literature development meeting.
• If individual(s) report areas for improvement, the appropriate passage is discussed until consensus is found.
• If no consensus is found, the literature remains as is.
• Changes are entered directly by people with willingness or the changes are written down and then followed up by people with willingness until the next meeting.
• Near the end of the meeting, the discussion is closed and it is noted where we have gotten to.

Then:

Since we need funds here to rent this space, currently 5000 colones per meeting, according to our 7th free agreement we are now trying to get these costs in through our donations. Whoever can and wants to can give something to the center now. Each AK group should be self-sustaining and refuse outside donations.

Now again the reference to our 11th free agreement:

11th anonymity is the spiritual basis of all our free agreements and should remind us to put principles above personal. Who you see here and what you hear here, when you leave, leave it here.

En primer lugar, se comprueba entre los presentes quién está dispuesto a actuar como moderador y, a continuación, se sortea entre ellos quién lo hará, por ejemplo, con la ayuda de suertes o dados.

Actualmente, la reunión de desarrollo literario se desarrolla de la siguiente manera

• Hacemos una breve ronda emo en la que informamos brevemente uno tras otro de cómo vamos.
• La persona que empezó decide quién sigue.
• A continuación leemos párrafo por párrafo textos de la literatura „Fundamentos para el Trabajo de Pasos“ y empezamos donde lo dejamos en la última reunión de desarrollo de la literatura.
• Si una o más personas informan de posibles mejoras, se discute el pasaje correspondiente hasta que se llega a un consenso.
• Si no se llega a un consenso, la literatura se queda como está.
• Los cambios los introducen directamente las personas con voluntad, o los cambios se anotan y luego los añaden las personas con voluntad hasta la siguiente reunión.
• Justo antes de finalizar la reunión, se cierra el debate y se anota dónde hemos llegado.

Entonces:

Como aquí necesitamos fondos para alquilar estos locales, actualmente 5000 colones por reunión, ahora intentamos recuperar estos costes mediante nuestras donaciones según nuestro 7º acuerdo gratuito. Aquellos que puedan y quieran pueden ahora dar algo al centro. Cada grupo de AK debe ser autosuficiente y rechazar las donaciones externas.

Ahora de nuevo la referencia a nuestro 11º acuerdo libre:
