Moderationshilfe erstes, drittes und ggf. fünftes Samstag Meeting im Monat, außerdem wenn Neuankömmlingis anwesend sind (Stand 10.06.23)

Zuerst wird unter den Anwesenden gecheckt, wer Bereitschaft zum Moderieren hat und unter diesen dann ausgespielt, wer dies macht, z. B. mit Hilfe von Losen oder Würfeln. Eine Empfehlung lautet, im allerersten Meeting keine Bereitschaft zum Moderieren zu zeigen, sondern sich ein Meeting erstmal anzusehen.

ich nenne mich „xx“ und ich moderiere das Meeting heute hier und koordiniere den Ablauf. Diese Rolle wurde heute für mich ausgelost/ausgewürfelt und hat nicht zu bedeuten, ich hätte hier eine leitende Funktion. Alle sind für den Ablauf dieses Meetings mitverantwortlich. Das Meeting geht bis maximal xx:xx Uhr und wird von mir dann auch beendet. Ist jemensch zum ersten Mal bei den anonymen Konsumentis?

Hallo, magst du dich (mögt ihr euch) mit deinem (eurem) Vornamen vorstellen? Wir haben hier einen kurzen Text für Neuankömmlingis vorbereitet, den ich jetzt vorlese: Wir sind eine Selbsthilfegruppe

für alle, die ihr Konsumverhalten/Verhalten ändern möchten
für alle, die aus dieser Konsumgesellschaft abgehängt sind und Hilfe brauchen können ihre Lebensqualität zu verbessern. Hier können wir lernen, in diese Konsumgesellschaft auch nicht mehr zurück zu wollen.
für alle, die schon einen kleinen Umweltverbrauch haben und bereits versuchen, die Utopie zu leben, die aber einen Platz brauchen, um ihre anderen Probleme zu überwinden

Wir haben große Bereiche unserer Texte von der Selbsthilfegruppe Narcotics Anonymous abgekupfert, diese ist wiederum ein Abkömmling der Anonymen Alkoholiker. Einige Textpassagen, die uns nicht gut zu passen schienen, haben wir völlig verworfen. Andere Teile haben ihren Background in anarchistischem Gedankengut. Das hier Vorgelesene ist nicht starr sondern kann von den Menschen hier in unseren Literatur-Meetings weiterentwickelt werden. Fühle dich zum Mitmachen eingeladen. Da wir glauben, dass unser derzeitiges Gesellschaftssystem viele Parallelen zu Suchtkranken im späten Stadium aufweist, halten wir unsere Herangehensweise für die Richtige, um uns und unsere Umgebung nachhaltig zu verändern. Und es muss alles Mögliche geändert werden. Wir glauben, dass die spirituellen Prinzipien, die selbst hoffnungslose Fälle von üblen Junkies nachhaltig clean werden ließen auch uns helfen können

dauerhaft aus dem Konsumsystem auszusteigen
unsere eigentlichen Bedürfnisse freizulegen
ein Leben voller Selbstwert zu führen
andere Probleme unserer Biografie zu überwinden

Wir glauben außerdem, dass der ernsthafte Versuch, sein Leben nach diesen Prinzipien auszurichten zum Widerstand gegen das derzeitige System animiert. Wie weit jemensch hier gehen möchte bleibt jemenschen selbst überlassen. Wir haben reguläre Meetings wie dieses hier und Arbeitsmeetings. Ob und wann diese stattfinden wird am Ende des Meetings ausgemacht.

Die regulären Meetings laufen derzeit wie folgt ab:

Wir machen eine kurze Emo-Runde, in welcher wir nacheinander kurz berichten, wie es uns so geht.
Der Mensch, der angefangen hat, darf bestimmen, wer als nächstes weitermacht.
In der zweiten Runde berichten wir ausführlicher, wo wir gerade stehen.
Anschließend besteht die Möglichkeit einzelne oder die Gruppe um Rückmeldung zu Problemen zu bitten. Oder es wird ein Thema aufgebracht, zu welchem dann nochmals alle teilen können. Natürlich besteht keinerlei Zwang, dies zu tun.
Wir unterbrechen uns nicht und geben auch keine direkten (unerbetenen) Ratschläge.
Bedenke, das Themen, die hier angesprochen werden, triggern können, dich oder andere. Wir können uns aber nur weiterentwickeln, wenn wir hier offen sprechen. Wenn wir hier alle sorgsam und verantwortungsvoll aufeinander achten, können wir uns gegenseitig auffangen, wenn jemensch getriggert wurde. Dies ist auch eine der ganz wenigen Ausnahmen, wann wir eine Unterbrechung desjenigen Menschen, der gerade teilt, akzeptieren würden.

Was hier in diesem Raum während der Meetingszeit gesprochen wird, soll auch in diesen Räumen bleiben und hat gar nichts bei Menschen verloren, die nicht an dem Meeting teilgenommen haben. Unsere Anonymität und Verschwiegenheit sind uns wichtig und ja sogar Bestandteil des Namens unserer Gruppe.

Vom Ablauf her sind wir jetzt am Ende angelangt, es ist aber noch Zeit übrig. Daher hätten wir noch die Möglichkeit über Orgasachen zu diskutieren oder gemeinsam zu meditieren.

Da wir hier Geldmittel benötigen, um diese Räumlichkeiten anzumieten, derzeit 5000 Colones pro Meeting, versuchen wir jetzt gemäß unserer 7. freien Vereinbarung diese Kosten durch unsere Spenden reinzubekommen. Wer kann und will kann jetzt etwas in die Mitte geben. Jede AK Gruppe sollte sich selbst erhalten und Zuwendungen von außen ablehnen.

Jetzt nochmals der Hinweis auf unsere 11. freie Vereinbarung:

We have cribbed large sections of our texts from the self-help group Narcotics Anonymous, which in turn is a descendant of Alcoholics Anonymous. Some text passages that didn't seem to fit well, we completely discarded. Other parts have their background in anarchist thought. What is read here is not rigid but can be further developed by the people here in our literature meetings. Feel invited to participate. Since we believe that our current social system has many parallels with late-stage addicts, we think our approach is the right one to make lasting changes to ourselves and our environment. We also believe that a serious attempt to align one's life with these principles will encourage resistance to the current system. How far someone wants to go here is up to them. Como creemos que nuestro sistema social actual tiene muchos paralelismos con los adictos en fase avanzada, pensamos que nuestro enfoque es el correcto para cambiarnos a nosotros mismos y a nuestro entorno de forma sostenible. Y hay que cambiar muchas cosas. Creemos que los principios espirituales que han ayudado incluso a casos irremediables de yonquis malos a desintoxicarse permanentemente también pueden ayudarnos. * a salir permanentemente del sistema de consumo * revelar nuestras verdaderas necesidades a vivir una vida de autoestima a superar otros problemas de nuestra biografía También creemos que un intento serio de alinear la propia vida con estos principios fomentará la resistencia al sistema actual. Tenemos reuniones periódicas como ésta y reuniones de trabajo. Si se celebran y cuándo se celebran se decide al final de la reunión.

Las reuniones regulares actualmente se desarrollan de la siguiente manera:

Hacemos una breve ronda de emo en la que informamos brevemente uno tras otro de cómo vamos. * La persona que empezó decide quién sigue. * En la segunda ronda informamos con más detalle de cómo estamos en ese momento. * Se da la oportunidad de pedir a los individuos o al grupo que den su opinión sobre los problemas. O se plantea un tema sobre el que todos pueden volver a compartir. Por supuesto, no hay obligación de hacerlo.
No nos interrumpimos unos a otros ni damos consejos directos (no solicitados).
Tenga en cuenta que los temas planteados aquí pueden provocarle a usted o a otras personas. Pero sólo podremos desarrollarnos si hablamos abiertamente aquí. Si nos cuidamos unos a otros con cuidado y responsabilidad, podremos darnos cuenta cuando alguien se haya desencadenado. Esta es también una de las pocas excepciones en las que aceptaríamos una interrupción de la persona que está compartiendo.
